At Young Capital, an employment agency, where the open-access relationship with their candidates is paramount, we found it important to translate the concept into an energetic and transparent working environment. By literally naming the spaces, with signage on the floor like; hello, intake, measure & eat, we added an extra dimension to the social spaces. We introduced this concept at Young Capital’s office in Maastricht, where we found an acoustic solution for the open ceilings. With the alternate use of various woodworking, combined with the concrete floor, we made a surprising and playful collaboration of various materials. This effect is enhanced by the choice of furniture. When you visit the location in Utrecht, where Young Capital is located on the top floor, you will immediately notice that we continued using the same concept as for Young Capital Maastricht, but with an adjusted colour palet. By doing so, the outside view, which is visible through the many windows, integrated seamlessly with the interieur. Our concept is now fully adapted to several other locations of Young Capital in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven & Breda.

Bij Young Capital, een uitzendbureau waar de open toegankelijke relatie met hun kandidaten voorop staat, vonden wij het belangrijk om dit concept te vertalen naar een energieke en transparante werkomgeving. Door het letterlijk benoemen van de ruimtes, met sleutelwoorden als; hello, intake, meet & eat, voegden wij extra dynamiek aan de sociale ruimtes toe. Wij hebben dit concept geïntroduceerd op het kantoor van Young Capital in Maastricht, waar wij een akoestische oplossing vonden voor de open plafonds. Met het afwisselende gebruik van verscheidene bewerkingen van hout, in combinatie met de betonnen vloer, zorgden wij voor een verrassende en speelse samenwerking van diverse materialen. Dit effect is versterkt door de keuze van het meubilair. Bij een bezoek aan de locatie in Utrecht, waar Young Capital is gevestigd op de bovenste etage, is dit concept direct weer herkenbaar. Door de keuze van een ander kleurgebruik is het uitzicht in volledige harmonie gebracht met de werkomgeving. Inmiddels is ons concept ook volledig toegepast op de Young Capital vestigingen in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven en Breda.
