Nadat ASYDWTL het interieur voor verschillende vestigingen van Young Capital had uitgevoerd, werden we gevraagd om voor het hoofdkantoor, een soortgelijk interieurconcept te ontwerpen, maar met grotere nadruk op een eigen identiteit. Young Capital is een uitzendorganisatie voor jonge mensen van rond de twintig waarbij flexibiliteit, creativiteit en energie de connectie tot samenwerking vormen. De vraag om meerdere van deze stijlen en de constante groei van het aantal medewerkers in één ontwerp samen te voegen was een fantastische uitdaging.

De centrale hal, waar andere huurders ook gebruik van maken, is omgekat naar een open, rauwe ruimte. Het pand is in een duidelijk rechter en linker gedeelte verdeeld, waar links van de hal men de receptie en een werk-café vindt. De rechterkant is volledig ingericht voor meetings, voor zowel grote als kleine groepen. We hebben hier ook meerdere 2/3 persoon cabines geplaatst die in verschillende kleuren en verscheidene combinaties zijn uitgewerkt. Deze booths worden voor intakes, webmeetings of voor wat meer vertrouwelijke gesprekken gebruikt.

Voor een optimale connectie tussen de eerste en tweede etage hebben we een trap ontworpen die tevens kan fungeren als tribune tijdens presentaties aan grote groepen. De 8 verschillende werkvloeren ogen brutaal door hun eigen unieke stijl. Door het gebruik van dividers; zoals meetingruimtes en kasten, is de werkvloer ook hier weer in duidelijke afdelingen verdeeld, wat tevens voor rust zorgt. De grijze kleur op de wanden laten de kleurrijke elementen nog beter tot recht komen, waardoor er een meer luxere uitstraling binnen een open jonge urban omgeving tot leven komt. Ook is het parkeerdek uitgebreid met multifunctionele sportfaciliteiten. Binnen dit budget wisten we zelfs het exterieur van het gebouw mee te nemen in de totale vormgeving.

After ASYDWTL executed the interior for various Young Capital branches, we were asked to design a similar interior concept for the 7000m2 headquarters, but with a greater emphasis on their identity. Young Capital is a temporary employment agency for young people around the age of twenty in which flexibility, creativity and energy form the connection to collaboration. The demand to merge several of these styles and the constant growth of the number of employees in one concept was a fantastic challenge.

We designed the central hall, which is also used by other tenants,  into an open, raw space. So the central hall divides a structural left and right section, where the right side facilitates fully equipped meeting rooms for both large and small groups. On this side we also placed several 2/3 persons cabins in different colors and various combinations. These booths are used for intakes, web meetings or for more confidential conversations. The left side of the hall is dedicated to the front desk and a work-café.

For an optimal connection between the first and second floor, we designed a staircase that can also function as a tribune during presentations to large groups. The 8 different work floors look bold within their own unique style. By using dividers; such as meeting rooms and cabinets, the work floor is divided into clear sections, which ensures more tranquility. The gray color used on the walls emphasize the more colorful elements by giving it a more luxurious look in this open, young urban environment. The parking garage is expanded with multifunctional sports facilities. Within this budget we even managed to include the exterior of the building in the overall design as well.
